STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Condition of Sale
- All electronic hardware, including Mobile Computers, Printers and Dimensioners carry a 12(twelve) month manufacturer
warranty against defective parts.

All accessories carry a 6(six) months manufacturer warranty. Batteries carry a limited 3(three) month manufacturer warranty. No
warranty claim will be entertained if the hardware has visible physical damage.

Prices are confidential, and quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Prices exclude configuration, installation, training, etc. unless otherwise indicated. Please call for pricing should you require our
expert assistance. This quotation is valid until the earlier of: a fluctuation of more than 0.2% in the Rand / Dollar exchange rate, or
48 hours.

Payment terms strictly COD (Cash on Delivery) unless credit facilities authorized by our Accounts Department. For orders in
excess of credit facilities granted: the excess value will have to be paid COD - the remainder will be subject to the authorized
credit terms. Late payment will result in an interest charge of 2% of the outstanding balance per month, and reduction of /
cancellation of your existing credit facilities

quote only becomes legally binding once an authorized representative of Complete accepts your Purchase Order based on this
quote. Please confirm pricing and availability before placing your order. Errors and omissions excepted
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by South Africa law.
Condition of Repairs
- Repair Quotes are only valid for 30 days thereafter a requote will be done.
- On rejection of the Quote, a rejection fee of R250 applies. Alternatively, if you do not wish to pay the rejection fee, you may give ownership of the repaired hardware to Complete Mobility to cover the costs incurred.
- Please note that the client is responsible for the collection or any courier costs incurred to return the rejected repairs. There will be no quote rejection charge if the cost of repair is more than 80% of the replacement value.
- If the repair Quote has not been approved or rejected within 6 months of the quote date the quote will be considered rejected and the hardware will be scrapped and remain the property of Complete Mobility to recover costs incurred.
- All repairs carry a 6-month warranty. No warranty claim will be entertained if the hardware has visible physical damage or the fault is not directly related to the fault stated in this quotation or ticket.
